Keys Art Shop is the home of Paradise without a Passport gear, which isa labor of love between two Keys' locals who live as neighbors in Marathon, Florida -- Jackie Rutherford & Kelsey Weaver.

Jackie "Hapijax" Rutherford is known in Marathon for her friendliness, loving energy, and rhyming greetings. She originally coined the phrase "Paradise without a Passport" to describe where we live.

Kelsey, on the other hand, has had a career in banking, but always has had a love for art & making thoughtful, custom gifts.

She came to Jackie with an idea, "What if we make a product line around Paradise Without a Passport & trademark it??" -- and that we did. 

​We work together to create designs and products, for locals and tourists alike to show off their love for the Florida Keys, aka Paradise Without A Passport (TM).
